Site Installation Engineer

Woodcorp – A Division of Gumcorp (Pvt.) Limited is seeking a reliable, proactive, and experienced Site Supervisor/Engineer (Installation & Joinery) to join our dynamic team. The role involves overseeing and coordinating the on-site installation of doors, windows, cabinets, and other interior fittings across multiple project locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate installation of doors, windows, cabinets, and interior fittings.
• Lead and manage installation teams to ensure efficiency, quality workmanship, and schedule adherence.
• Monitor daily site progress and prepare regular progress reports.
• Inspect works to ensure compliance with drawings, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to resolve site or technical issues.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including materials and manpower records.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably B.E. in Civil Engineering or Architecture).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior fit-out, architecture, or woodwork industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of door, window, and cabinet installation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound on-site decisions.
