About the job
Ensuring each team member is aware of the sales targets, KPIs, and monthly/quarterly/yearly standing in terms of numbers
Ensuring the assigned sales targets are achieved, and the teams are continuously evaluated and developed as per the required competencies
Ensuring the clients are dealt with professionally, are given specialized solutions, and are served promptly and looking all the category demands (ITR's / System receiving)
Closely tracking the incoming payments, both against advances and the balance payments, to ensure timeliness and maintain IRA of category (Audit)
Coordinating with the installation teams at regular intervals, to keep a track of ongoing client installations and ensuring the complaints, if any, are resolved in a timely and effective manner
Regularly monitoring the sales progress and KPIs achievement through Hub spot, SAP, and Power BI
Liaise with the design department and other concerned departments for layouts, quotation, execution, orders, and timely delivery to customers & looking category receivables (Tax challans/ BGs)
Responsible for upselling and cross-selling of products
Coordinate with the Supply Chain Department for timely availability of stock
Looking up closely with SCM for the delay orders of the category
Maintaining display with the help of VM according to the given mood boards
Follow all SOPs and BD Sales need to generate
Any additional task assigned by the manager
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
Proven 3 to 4 years' of experience in sales
Good communication
Leadership/ Managerial Skills
