Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for prospecting and acquiring new clients. The ideal candidate has exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, strong B2B sales knowledge, and experience in cold calling and emailing.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Lead Generation & Prospecting

- Identify and qualify potential clients in the US market.

- Conduct cold calling, cold emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to engage decision-makers.

- Research and build a pipeline of new business opportunities.

 

Sales & Client Engagement

- Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings with potential clients.

- Understand client needs and position our data engineering and AI solutions effectively.

- Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for prospects.

 

Sales Strategy & Execution

- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.

 

Market Intelligence & Relationship Building

- Stay updated on AI, data engineering, and cloud trends.

- Build long-term relationships with key industry players.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

Experience & Skills

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation.

- Strong cold calling and emailing skills with a persuasive and confident approach.

- Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, in English.

- Knowledge of B2B sales principles, CRM tools, and sales funnel management.

- Prior experience in selling IT, AI, or data services is a plus.

- Ability to handle rejections and objections professionally.

- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and remotely with a results-driven approach.
