Manage and grow market-sales through following:
1) Identify and target potential clients in the outside market to generate new business opportunities.
2) Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets by booking shipments as courier company's sales representative.
3) Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4) Regularly visit existing as well as potential clients to understand their shipping needs and provide them with tailored solutions.
5) Deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
6) Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer service
7) Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
In summary, ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving sales revenue targets by booking shipments from open/ outside market acting as courier service sales representative.
The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for driving business growth with proven experience and track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
