Business Trainer & Coach

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled “Business Trainer & Coach” to join our Training and Coaching Department. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in training and coaching business owners, equipping them with effective strategies, systems, and best practices to enhance their business performance. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations, strong teaching abilities, and a passion for mentoring.

It is an onsite full time position. (Only Karachi-based candidates may apply)

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training and coaching sessions for business owners.
Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and workshops.
Identify business challenges and provide actionable solutions.
Guide clients in implementing business systems, strategies, and best practices.
Monitor progress and provide ongoing support to clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, business strategies, and coaching methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience at a college or university level as a Business, Accounts, or Finance teacher.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion for teaching and mentoring.
Certification in coaching/training (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in business coaching, consulting, or training (preferred but not mandatory).

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9 AM – 6 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 1 PM
