Customer Service Representative (PV Industry)

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer customer inquiries via phone, resolve issues, and provide professional service.
2. Handle complaints, track progress, and ensure timely resolution.
3. Deliver accurate product information and advice to customers.
4. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions for accuracy.
5. Follow company service standards and processes to ensure satisfaction.
6. Conduct post-resolution callbacks and satisfaction surveys.
7. Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisors.


Requirements:

1. Electrical/electronic engineering or PV industry experience preferred.
2. Bachelor's degree or equivalent; language/technical skills a plus.
3. Fluent in English and Urdu (oral/written), strong communication skills.
4. Proven customer service skills: active listening, empathy, problem-solving.
5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; quick learner of new tools.
6. Team-oriented, able to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Strong time management, multi-tasking ability, and adherence to call volume targets.
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving processes.
9. At least 1 year of customer service/call center experience required.
