We are hiring Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team. This is a full-time on-site position based in Karachi. The role involves assisting clients, answering inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying experience from booking to handover.
Whether you are an experienced professional or a fresher eager to learn, we welcome individuals with a passion for real estate and a customer-centric mindset.Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person visits
Provide accurate information about our projects, pricing, and installment plans
Address and resolve client concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain records of client interactions and follow-ups
Collaborate with sales and admin teams to ensure consistent service
Ensure every client interaction reflects the Al Ghafoor standard of excellence
Qualifications
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and solve problems on the go
A positive attitude with a passion for helping people
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any relevant field
