Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of proven success in sales, particularly in B2B sales, with a focus on both local and international markets. While experience in IT distribution or IT solution selling with brands like Sophos, Barracuda, Palo Alto, Veeam, Fortinet, or similar is highly desirable, it is not mandatory. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate strong deal-closing skills, proficiency in written and spoken English, and excellent customer relationship management abilities.
In this role, you will identify sales opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and work collaboratively with our sales team to implement strategies that drive growth. You will also need to be open to meeting with clients and partners locally to close deals and ensure client satisfaction. Experience in event hosting, both online and physical, will be considered a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in both local and international markets to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating product offerings and solutions.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes and customer satisfaction.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes to enhance performance.
Event hosting: Assist in planning and hosting events for clients (online or physical), providing product demonstrations and engaging with stakeholders (optional, but a plus).
Manage client data using CRM software, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information on client interactions and sales activities.
Coordinate meetings with clients and partners, including travel within the local market to conduct face-to-face meetings and close deals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
B2B sales experience in IT distribution or IT solution selling (working with IT brands such as Sophos, Barracuda, Palo Alto, Veeam, Fortinet or similar brands is highly desirable but not mandatory).
Experience in international sales is required, with the ability to manage both local and international clients effectively.
Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a focus on deal closing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software for managing client data.
Strong understanding of customer relationship management and the ability to handle inquiries, solve problems, and maintain client satisfaction.
Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and partners as part of sales efforts.
Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory):
Experience in working with IT brands like Sophos, Barracuda, Palo Alto, Veeam, Fortinet, etc.
Experience in event hosting for clients, both online and in-person.

Lead generation and qualification: Generating qualified leads through research, outreach, and client engagement, contributing to the overall sales growth.
Managing client relationships: Maintaining long-term relationships with clients and partners to secure repeat business and client satisfaction
