As part of our global expansion, we’re looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to unlock new markets, build strong client relationships, and help us take our business to new heights.
Role Overview
As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and building long-term relationships with clients. You’ll work closely with senior management to strategize and execute effective sales plans while also expanding your knowledge of the plastic recycling and trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify trends and customer needs to build and maintain a robust short, mid, and long-term sales pipeline
Research and generate new leads; contact decision-makers and qualify potential opportunities
Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and negotiation to closing and follow-up
Work collaboratively with the Sales Department to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets
Maintain relationships with existing accounts and generate repeat business
Expand knowledge of company products and trading procedures to better support clients
Conduct independent and collaborative market research to identify untapped business opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and virtual events when required
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven success in B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management
Strong negotiation skills with experience closing complex deals
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Solid understanding of sales pipelines, forecasting, and CRM tools
Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Energetic, self-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
Experience or interest in international trade, logistics, or recycling is a strong plus
Fresh graduates with a strong passion for sales and international business are also encouraged to apply
