Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products.
Provide detailed product information and recommendations.
Handle sales transactions and operate the cash register.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the display counters.
Ensure all products are fresh and meet quality standards.
Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
Assist in stock management and replenishment.
Requirements:
Education: Minimum Intermediate, Graduate preferred.
Experience: 1-2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in the food or bakery industry.
Skills: Good communication, customer service, and basic mathematical skills.
Personality Traits: Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented.
Other Requirements: Must be punctual and willing to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Conveyance: Mus have own bike to commute.
