Job Duties:

Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
Identify customer needs and recommend the best possibilities to meet those needs.
Build and maintain a database of prospective and current customers.
Handle customer inquiries and provide detailed information of services.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals.
Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
