Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Upwork Bidder Remote base Karachi Division. The Upwork Bidder will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, writing compelling proposals, communicating with potential clients, and managing bid responses. The role includes negotiating project terms, following up on bids, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients. Additionally, the Upwork Bidder will collaborate with the development team to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and expectations.

Qualifications

Experience in identifying and bidding on relevant projects in Upwork
Excellent proposal writing and communication skills
Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with development teams
Proficiency in understanding project requirements and expectations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or relevant field
