Qualification And Experience

Qualified Cost & Management Accountant (CMA/FCMA) / Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA/FCA)/, Qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA/FCCA)/Institute / Certified Public Account (CPA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA)/ Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) / МВА (Finance) / Masters in Finance from HEC Recognized University.
• Minimum of Twelve (12) years of experience In a reputable organization in Finance.
• At least 05 (Five) years' relevant experience in a senior management position related to Finance.
Candidates who have articles completed from a big 4 firm will be given preference.
• Experience in aviation industry is preferred.
Desired Skills:
Extensive knowledge of International Standards/IFRSs/IASS.
• Knowledge of forecasting, financial analysis and budgeting.
In depth knowledge of statutory regulations, compliances of SECP/Companies Act 2017.
Proficient with the use of MS office and ERP (Oracle/SAPS etc.)

Age 
Maximum 57 years (including all age relaxations)

(b) Candidates will be required to upload scanned copies of certificate / degree of the required qualification only of the concerned post as mentioned above, updated CV and CNIC while applying for the job.
(c) Candidates applying for the post of Flight Inspector Pilot (EG-07) will be required to upload copy of ATPL, containing relevant endorsements, and copy of last page of Log Book containing details of flying hours
(d) In case a candidate does not upload the above documents with the online application form, his / her Application Will BE Rejected.

Terms of Reference
i) Recruitment for the post of Deputy Director Examination (PEL) (EG-03) advertised vide Situation Vacant Notice No. 07/2024 and Additional Director Finance (EG-07) advertised vide Situation Vacant Notice No. 01/2025 stand cancelled / with drawn.
ii) Candidates not fulfilling the above requirements or submitting incomplete application shall not be considered.
iii) Tests/Interviews will be conducted at Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar and Quetta for which separate notices will be issued (depending on the number of candidates).
iv) The candidates to be called for the interview have to produce original documents for necessary verification while appearing for the interview.
v) No TA/DA is admissible for test / interview.
vi) Appointment will be subject to CAA's medical fitness standards.
vii) Selected candidates will be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan as per requirement of PCAA.
viii) Government servants / employees of autonomous bodies/corporations will be required to submit NOC from current employer before interview.
ix) Application received after due date will not be considered / entertained.
x) Misinformation and any attempt to influence the selection process will be considered as a definite disqualification for current as well as future recruitment in CAA, even if the candidate is otherwise qualified.
xi) In case, any educational documents or any other document provided by the applicants is found incorrect /fake / bogus at any stage, the services of selected candidate will be terminated immediately.
