Pulse Pharmaceutical is seeking an experienced Business Unit Head to lead and oversee its business operations, driving growth and ensuring the achievement of strategic goals. The ideal candidate brings at least 10 years of experience in business development, trading, marketing, and sales within the pharmaceutical industry. This role demands strong leadership as it involves managing a team of 25 professionals and coordinating various functions such as marketing analysis, trading strategies, client relationship management, and budget oversight. The Business Unit Head will serve as the primary driver for expanding the unit's market presence and improving operational efficiency while aligning with Pulse Pharmaceutical's goals and values. The position requires a proactive leader who can develop and execute comprehensive business strategies tailored to the pharmaceutical sector. You will be responsible for fostering cross-functional collaboration within the team, establishing strong client relationships, and ensuring that sales and marketing initiatives deliver measurable results. Responsibilities
 

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of 25 professionals to meet business objectives.
  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Oversee and coordinate trading activities, marketing analysis, and the creation of trading strategies.
  • Manage client relationships by establishing trust and maintaining continuous communication to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Direct sales and marketing operations, ensuring alignment with the companys overall marketing and communication strategy.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
  • Develop and control budgets for the business unit, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost management.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and prepare regular reports for senior management to assess progress and adapt strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize workflow and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Identify risks in business activities and implement strategies to mitigate them while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
