Job Title: Main Video Editor (Premiere Pro Expert)

Location: Karachi (On-Site Only)
Job Type: Full-Time onsite in Karachi
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Salary: PKR 100,000 (Based on skills & assessment)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Main Video Editor with an expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro. The ideal candidate should have strong editing fundamentals, a deep understanding of content pacing, audience retention, and experience producing engaging short-form content.

This role is not suitable for beginners. We are specifically looking for professionals who can manage high-volume editing tasks while maintaining quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Edit raw footage into engaging, high-retention content
• Create accurate, clean, and dynamic captions/subtitles
• Ensure smooth pacing, transitions, and overall content flow
• Understand social media content formats including Reels, Shorts, and short-form videos
• Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines
• Use tools, plugins, and efficient workflows to improve productivity
• Maintain high editing standards and attention to detail

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing experience
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (Mandatory)
• Strong portfolio/showreel is required
• Strong understanding of content retention
• Experience creating captions and subtitle-based content
• Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Must be available for on-site work in Karachi

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience editing viral short-form content
• Expert level premier pro editing skills
• Strong understanding of content psychology and trends
