The Sales Coordinator - South is responsible for supporting the South sales function through effective pipeline management, sales coordination, customer follow-ups, reporting, and internal stakeholder alignment. The role ensures smooth operational execution of sales activities, timely movement of opportunities across the sales cycle, and coordination between Sales, Presales, Commercial, Marketing, operations teams to improve conversion efficiency and customer engagement.

Scope of Responsibilities

Pipeline Management & Reporting

• Maintain and track South sales pipeline activities across all stages.
• Ensure timely updates of opportunities, forecasts, and customer engagements.
• Prepare weekly/monthly pipeline and performance reports for management review.

Sales Coordination

• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, proposals, and internal approvals for the sales team.
• Support sales team in opportunity tracking, customer communication, and documentation management.
• Ensure timely movement of opportunities across commercial and operational workflows.

Customer & Internal Follow-Ups

• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers regarding meetings, proposals, technical discussions, and commercial feedback.
• Coordinate with Presales, Commercial, Legal, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for timely deliverables.

Documentation & Process Support

• Maintain records of proposals, NDAs, contracts, presentations, and customer documentation.
• Assist in preparation of presentations, reports, and customer engagement material.
• Support management in maintaining sales governance and process discipline.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, IT, or related discipline.
• 2-4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales operations, business support, or customer coordination roles.
• Experience in ICT, telecom, cloud, technology, or enterprise sales environments preferred.
