Kickstart is Pakistan’s largest coworking space operator with a mission of creating ease of doing business for SMEs, start-ups, and freelancers. We have 15 operational coworking spaces in Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, with 5600+ members using our spaces daily.


Kickstart is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development professional to join the team. The ideal candidate will identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and drive client acquisition to maximize occupancy and revenue for our coworking spaces.


Key Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Identify and reach out to potential clients and companies that require coworking solutions.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through research, Inbound/Outbound calls, networking, and partnerships.
Sales and Marketing:
Present coworking solutions to potential clients, tailoring offerings to their specific needs.
Conduct site tours for prospective members, showcasing the benefits and features of the coworking spaces.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales materials, campaigns, and strategies to drive occupancy.
Partnership Building:

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to increase referrals and partnerships.
Identify potential collaboration opportunities with startups, SMEs, and corporations for long-term occupancy deals.
Market Research:

Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve services.
Provide insights to the management team for pricing, packages, and service enhancements.
Negotiation and Contracts:

Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with potential clients to close deals while maintaining profitability.
Ensure timely execution of agreements and onboarding of new members.
Client Retention and Upselling:

Work closely with the community management team to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Identify upselling opportunities for additional services, such as meeting rooms, event spaces, or larger office requirements.


Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in real estate, coworking, or hospitality.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and nurture relationships with diverse client profiles.
Proficient in CRM tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis.
Results-oriented with the ability to meet or exceed targets consistently.
