About the Role

We're looking for an exceptional Senior Motion Designer & Trading Video Producer to join our team.

This is not a traditional motion design role. You will own the entire video production process—from researching trading topics and writing compelling scripts to recording TradingView demonstrations, creating premium motion graphics, editing videos, and delivering polished content for YouTube and social media.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of technical analysis, trading psychology, and TradingView indicators, allowing them to transform complex trading concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand visual stories. You know how to capture attention within the first few seconds, maximize audience retention, and communicate value naturally without sounding overly promotional.

We're looking for someone capable of producing educational content that meets or exceeds the quality of leading trading education channels such as LuxAlgo. You should have outstanding motion design, video editing, storytelling, and scriptwriting skills, along with a proven portfolio of trading-related content.

Responsibilities
 

• Own the complete video production pipeline from research and scriptwriting to screen recording, motion design, video editing, sound design, and final delivery.
• Create world-class educational and promotional videos that attract millions of views and establish GainzAlgo as a leader in the trading industry.
• Research trending trading topics and develop content ideas that maximize reach, engagement, and audience growth.
• Write compelling scripts with strong hooks, clear storytelling, and high viewer retention while naturally showcasing the value of GainzAlgo's products.
• Produce premium YouTube videos and short-form content optimized for watch time, click-through rate (CTR), audience retention, and search visibility.
• Transform complex trading concepts, technical analysis, and TradingView indicators into simple, engaging, and visually compelling content.
• Record professional TradingView demonstrations and create realistic trading scenarios that effectively showcase our indicators.
• Design high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that enhance learning and keep viewers engaged throughout the video.
• Analyze video performance metrics, audience behavior, and competitor content to continuously improve content quality and results.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and develop innovative content ideas that help GainzAlgo outperform competitors such as LuxAlgo and become one of the world's leading trading education brands.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create videos that increase brand awareness, generate leads, drive product sales, and strengthen customer trust.
• Maintain exceptional production quality while managing multiple projects and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Build and maintain an organized library of project files, assets, templates, and reusable animations to improve production efficiency.
