UI/UX & Graphic Designer — Onsite Night Shift

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile UI/UX & Graphic Designer to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate should be able to create modern website and app interfaces while also producing high-quality graphic design assets for branding, social media, marketing, advertising, and client projects.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both visual design and user experience, can work across multiple industries, and can turn client requirements into polished, conversion-focused creative deliverables.

Job Type: Full-Time, Onsite
Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Location: Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Design modern, user-friendly, responsive websites, landing pages, dashboards, and mobile app interfaces.
• Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma.
• Develop conversion-focused landing pages and website layouts for client projects.
• Prepare developer-ready design files with proper spacing, components, design systems, assets, and annotations.
• Create branding materials including logos, brand guidelines, typography, color palettes, and visual identity systems.
• Design social media posts, carousels, ad creatives, website banners, thumbnails, brochures, presentations, and marketing materials.
• Create graphics for Meta ads, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google ads, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, video editors, SEO specialists, and social media managers.
• Follow client briefs and maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.
• Review implemented website designs with developers and provide feedback during the QA process.
• Handle client feedback and revisions accurately within deadlines.
• Maintain organized Figma files, source files, templates, design assets, and brand libraries.
• Research current design trends, competitors, and industry standards to improve creative quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showing website UI/UX, landing pages, branding, social media creatives, ad designs, and marketing materials.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for UI/UX design, wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
• Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar graphic design tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, user journeys, responsive design, usability, typography, spacing, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to design clean, modern, professional, and conversion-focused interfaces.
• Experience creating social media graphics, paid ad creatives, thumbnails, banners, and branding assets.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with an onsite team.
• Must be available to work onsite from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing websites for WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, or custom development.
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, website development limitations, and responsive behavior.
• Experience with e-commerce, SaaS, agencies, local businesses, personal brands, or service-based businesses.
• Knowledge of SEO-friendly website structure and conversion-rate optimization.
• Basic motion graphics or animation skills using After Effects, Premiere Pro, or Canva.
• Experience creating YouTube thumbnails, podcast covers, pitch decks, print materials, packaging, or brochures.
• Experience working in a digital marketing agency, software house, creative agency, or web development company.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
