We’re looking for a proactive "Upwork Bidder" with a solid understanding of the design and web development niche. In this role, you'll identify high-potential projects, craft compelling proposals, and help us win quality leads. Prior experience in Upwork bidding, client communication, and knowledge of design/dev workflows is essential.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

Excellent written and verbal English communication
Understanding of web design and development (WordPress, UI/UX, etc.)
Proven experience in writing proposals and handling follow-ups
Familiarity with the Upwork platform and bidding strategies
