Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Services Executive located in Karāchi. The Client Services Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, handling client inquiries, and fostering strong business relationships. The role will also involve analyzing client needs and providing tailored solutions while consistently ensuring the highest level of service.

Qualifications

Experienced Key Account Manager from Advertising and Client Handling will be preferred
Client Services, Client Relations, and Customer Satisfaction skills
Business Relationship Management and Analytical skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Experience in the Advertising and marketing industry is a plus
