✅ What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in content strategy (personal brands or digital products preferred)
Should Have Knowledge about graphic design as well.
Strong knowledge of audience psychology, platform algorithms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to create monthly content plans, repurposing strategies, and campaign ideas
Skilled in writing scroll-stopping hooks, CTAs, storytelling formats, and trend analysis
Comfortable working with creative teams (editors, designers, writers)
Bonus: Experience with performance tracking, funnel mapping, or paid campaign alignment
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute weekly/monthly content strategies for our clients
Conduct competitor research, hook analysis, and platform audits
Collaborate with editors and copywriters to bring strategies to life
Ensure content aligns with each brand’s voice, goal, and audience intent
Track content performance and provide actionable insights
