Lead Generation Specialist (USA/UK)

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generation Specialist (Bark / SMM/ LinkedIn / Thumbtack / Apollo) for software houses. The role involves on driving brand awareness, generating quality leads, and converting them into customers through strategic marketing efforts on any or all above mentioned platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Regularly update and optimize the company’s profile to attract relevant leads for Design / Web& app / eBook.

- Identify and engage with potential leads, responding promptly to inquiries, and crafting personalized proposals.

- Follow up with leads generated, building relationships and moving them through the sales funnel.

- Monitor and analyze the performance of lead generation efforts, reporting on key metrics such as conversion rates and ROI.

- Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter) to attract and engage the target audience.

- Engage with potential leads through social media channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster relationships.

- Plan and manage social media campaigns aimed at lead generation, including sponsored posts and promotions.

- Track the performance of social media activities, analyze data to identify trends, and adjust strategies to optimize lead generation efforts.

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and strategy across Bark and social media platforms.

- Maintain accurate records of all leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and tracking of lead progression.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, digital marketing, or social media management. Experience with Bark / SMM/ LinkedIn / Thumbtack/ Apollo is a plus.

- Proficiency in Lead generation platforms and lead gen tools, experience with CRM systems, and strong understanding of lead generation strategies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
