Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our services and student success stories.
Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and paid ads (Meta, Google, etc.).
Oversee content creation for social media, blogs, newsletters, and brochures.
Plan and coordinate student recruitment campaigns, school outreach, and info sessions/webinars.
Collaborate with counseling teams to align marketing efforts with student timelines and intakes (UK, US, Canada, etc.).
Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM reports.
Build brand partnerships with universities, influencers, and educational platforms.
Manage the company’s online presence and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and third-party agencies as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or edtech sector.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.).
Strong content writing and copy-editing skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-driven environment.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Salary range would be PKR 90,000 - 180,000 depending on the experience
