Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, market research, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and print.
• Content Creation: Create and manage high-quality content for blogs, websites, social media, email newsletters, and advertisements.
• SEO & Digital Marketing: Optimize website content for search engines (SEO), manage paid advertising (PPC, Google Ads, social media ads), and track performance metrics.
• Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong online presence by managing company social media accounts, engaging with followers, and analyzing social media trends.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, customer behavior, and competitor strategies to inform marketing decisions.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, analyze engagement, and optimize content for better performance.
• Partnerships & Collaborations: Work with influencers, partners, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility.
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze marketing data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports to management.

Timings: 12 pm - 9 pm

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
