We are seeking a committed and eloquent Customer Service Representative to join our esteemed team at Druids Golf, a leading provider of high-quality golf apparel.

In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone and email, processing returns and exchanges, assisting with order placement, and ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.

Duties:

  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by email, live chat or instant message
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and resolve complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records
  • Keep confidential records and financial information private and secure
  • Learn how to use database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
  • Liaise with couriers to arrange collections, deliveries, returns, claims and email management as needed
  • Check product availability for customer orders and order or restock items if necessary to satisfy the customer
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause, and offering the best solution.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure swift and effective resolution of customer issues.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills is a must.
  • Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
  • At least 3 years experience in a Customer Service Representative role is a necessity.
  • Proficiency in using customer support platforms; knowledge of Intercom & Shopify is a strong plus.
  • Must be proficient in using all google applications i.e Sheets, Docs etc
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Positive attitude and a team-player mindset.
  • Exceptional time keeping

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and support ticketing systems.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs140,000.00 per month
