Job Description

We are looking for talented well spoken Customer Service Representative to present for our UK office. A Customer Service Representative (CSR) handles customer interactions, provides information about products/services, resolves complaints, and ensures customer satisfaction. They are often the first point of contact for customers and play a vital role in maintaining a positive company image. CSRs may also process orders, answer inquiries, and explain product features. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Providing information, answering questions, and resolving issues related to products and services.
  • Complaint Handling: Addressing customer complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Order Processing: Processing orders and transactions.
  • Inquiry Management: Responding to phone and email inquiries.
  • Product Knowledge: Understanding and explaining products and services to customers.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring customers are satisfied with the products or services they receive.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Building and maintaining customer profiles in CRM systems.
  • Teamwork: Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
  • Multi-tasker: Being able to shift from one to another within the control room demands. Quick and vigilant and attention to details without mistake.
  • Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (UK/USA accent).
  • Problem-solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues.
  • Customer Service: A genuine desire to help customers and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Active Listening: Paying close attention to customer needs and concerns.
  • Empathy: Understanding and responding to customer emotions.
  • Patience: Handling customer inquiries and complaints with patience and understanding.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software.

  • Work Mode: On-site/Full Time
  • Experience: 3+ years
  • Days: Monday to Friday
  • Timing: 7 pm - 7 am UK timings
  • Note: Looking for immediate joiners.
