Customer Support Representative – USA-Based Outbound Campaign

We offer both chat based and call based Join our dynamic team for a USA-based outbound campaign! We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals to be part of our growing call center.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers in the USA.
• Effectively communicate and promote company services/products.
• Maintain a professional and engaging conversation with customers.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle objections confidently.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements:
