• Provide timely support to clients for web-related inquiries and issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems related to websites and web applications.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement solutions for client issues.
• Monitor website performance and suggest improvements based on analytics.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on using web applications effectively.
• Maintain documentation of client interactions and resolutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
