As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide detailed product/service information to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs75,000.00 per month
