We are looking for a professional and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This position requires an individual who excels in providing outstanding customer service, can handle in-person meetings with clients in office premises, and resolves issues promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Meeting clients in person to address and resolve issues
  • Providing effective solutions and troubleshooting customer problems in a timely manner
  • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and swift issue resolution
  • Managing and updating customer accounts and records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Outlook and other office tools
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to meet clients in person and provide face-to-face support in office premises
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks effectively
  • A professional and courteous attitude with excellent interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
