Customer Support Representatives – Multiple Slots Available

Shifts Available:
1 PM – 9 PM
7 PM – 3 AM
(8-hour shifts)

Salary: PKR 50,000 – 90,000 (Based on experience) + Bonuses & Commissions

We are hiring Customer Support Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls for UK-based training and skill development programs. If you have strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-focused attitude, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

What You’ll Do:

Handle customer inquiries and provide top-notch support.
Assist clients in enrolling for training programs and services.
Meet and exceed targets for enrollments and partnerships.
Work with Excel to manage and organize customer data.
Maintain accurate records and follow up with clients.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Graduate (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
✅ Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
✅ Proficiency in Excel and ability to multitask efficiently.
✅ Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
✅ Ability to handle objections, negotiate, and build strong client relationships.
✅ Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Go High Level CRM) is a bonus.
