Shift & Timing: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Job Overview:
Lycan Communication is hiring Customer Service Executives who are enthusiastic about delivering exceptional service and creating lasting connections with customers. This role involves managing both inbound and outbound calls, addressing concerns, and promoting our services effectively. We're looking for confident and courteous individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company protocols
Address customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve concerns
Maintain a positive tone and customer-centric attitude
Meet daily targets and contribute to team objectives
Accurately record customer interactions and essential details
Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or sales is a plus (not mandatory)
Excellent communication, listening, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven
Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
