Job Description

We are looking for a skilled electrician to join our team on a full-time basis, responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety and functionality of electrical systems within our office environment. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations, particularly in office or facility settings. This role demands strong attention to detail, efficient troubleshooting skills, and the ability to coordinate with external contractors for larger projects to maintain compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine electrical maintenance, repairs, and installations throughout the office premises.
- Inspect and maintain lighting systems, wiring, power outlets, and electrical panels to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in office equipment and electrical systems promptly.
- Coordinate with external contractors for major electrical works or system upgrades, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of electrical inspections, maintenance activities, and equipment performance for reporting and auditing purposes.
- Identify and report potential electrical hazards to management immediately to uphold workplace safety.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical Technology or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of practical experience as an electrician, preferably within an office or facility maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of wiring, lighting, and power distribution systems, with the ability to apply this expertise effectively in daily tasks.
