Job Description

This role involves managing the end-to-end delivery of ESS and DICT projects and products across various regions. The candidate will support the development and management of an ecosystem that facilitates the sales of ICT solutions to enterprise customers. The position requires overseeing service design and delivery for all ESS and DICT products and services while collaborating with major OEMs and service integrators to promote their offerings. The role also includes creating and managing ICT sales pipelines for regional teams, monitoring project progress to ensure timely completion, and staying informed about the latest technologies, market trends, and competitive landscape in the ICT sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete lifecycle of ESS and DICT projects/products, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Assist in developing and managing an ecosystem that supports ICT sales to enterprise customers.
- Lead service design and delivery for all ESS and DICT products and services.
- Collaborate with major OEMs and service integrators to promote their products and build strategic partnerships.
- Create and manage ICT sales pipelines for regional sales teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Stay updated on ICT technologies, market trends, OEM rankings, and competitors.
- Handle all pre-sales activities in the DICT domain, including thorough analysis of tender documents and RFPs.
- Extract customer requirements from tenders and RFPs and prepare technical and financial proposals accordingly.
- Coordinate with product teams and support units to obtain quotations from OEM manufacturers.
- Liaise with customers and corporate sales teams for requirement gathering and consolidation of DICT equipment, services, and software.
- Coordinate with post-sales teams and vendors to troubleshoot network-related issues, including connectivity and coverage problems.
- Manage resolution of coverage issues through RAN optimization or deployment of IBS solutions such as COW, micro sites, or repeaters at client premises.
- Conduct feasibility studies and design solutions for products and services including VPBX, CBS, PRIs, BVM, DPLC/IPLC, DIA, SDWAN, MPLS, etc.
- Oversee corporate bulk SMS campaigns and related activities.
- Provide periodic training to corporate sales teams on new products and services.
- Coordinate with vendors for project deployment and maintain strict follow-up with all stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery.
- Collaborate with various internal teams such as Product, Corporate Sales, CBSC, NOMC, FOPs, P&I, NSS, IT, and RA for prompt responses to customer requirements, project execution, testing, and launch.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with projects.
- Manage and follow up on PM/FM trouble tickets to ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure procurement processes are followed for ESS product materials.
- Prepare weekly ESS progress reports for management.
- Conduct regular profitability analysis of FLL products.
- Monitor and escalate outages and KPI degradations as needed.
- Update FLL and PRI tracking product trackers.
- Resolve complaints related to ESS products within SLA timelines.
- Coordinate with other departments for complaint resolution and preventive maintenance of installed solutions/equipment.
- Calculate SLAs for vendors and clients.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in managing ICT projects, particularly ESS and DICT products and services.
- Strong understanding of ICT sales processes and ecosystem development.
- Experience with pre-sales activities including tender and RFP analysis.
- Technical knowledge of network solutions such as VPBX, CBS, PRIs, MPLS, SDWAN, DIA, and related technologies.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills related to network troubleshooting and coverage optimization.
- Experience in vendor management and project deployment.
- Excellent communication and training skills for corporate sales teams.
- Proficiency in preparing management reports and conducting profitability analysis.
