Senior Customer Support Representative

RTW Creation is looking for enthusiastic and personable Customer Support Representatives to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through calls and chats on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp.
- Handle and resolve customer questions and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Work collaboratively with team members to provide every customer with VIP treatment and a positive experience.

Required Qualifications
- 2 to 3 years of experience in customer support roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Minimum educational qualification of Intermediate; candidates with a Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
- Ability to type at least 40 words per minute with high accuracy, including effective use of keyboard shortcuts.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
This is a full-time, in-person position located in Korangi, Mehran Town (near Brooks Chawrangi). The working hours are from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The monthly salary range for this role is Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
