Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Chat-Based Sales Executive to join our team at a company specializing in Graphics Sales, Web Development, and Software Development. This full-time position offers a fixed salary without any sales targets, making it an excellent opportunity for freshers. Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure your success in the role. The primary responsibility is to drive sales through engaging and meaningful conversations on digital platforms such as Discord, Twitch, and Twitter. The ideal candidate should be between 18 to 25 years old, possess strong communication skills, and be comfortable working night shifts from 10 PM to 7 AM. The work location is based in North Nazimabad Block H, near 5 Star Chowrangi, Karachi, and requires in-person attendance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients on platforms like Discord, Twitch, and Twitter to generate leads and close sales deals.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support ongoing business growth.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to enhance and streamline sales processes for better efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in digital sales, preferably on platforms such as Discord, Twitch, Twitter, or similar social media channels.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Self-driven with a strong commitment to achieving results.
- Educational qualification of O/A Level, Intermediate, or an equivalent level of education.
