Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Networking.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in call center or VoIP environments.

Strong understanding of:

  • VoIP protocols (SIP, RTP, STUN, TURN)
  • Network troubleshooting tools (ping, traceroute, Wireshark)
  • VPN management
  • Firewall and bandwidth management
  • Experience with CallHippo, Aircall, RingCentral, or similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
  • Ability to coordinate with both Pakistan-based agents and UAE-based management.
