The Trade Marketing Executive at Color Studio plays a vital role in executing marketing strategies directly at the retail level to maintain the brand’s premium image. This position combines fieldwork with coordination tasks, focusing on hands-on retail activities such as setting up displays, managing promotional materials, and working closely with Brand Ambassadors. Key Responsibilities
Retail Execution:
Install and maintain various in-store marketing materials including displays, gondolas, kiosks, testers, shelf talkers, and standees across stores and malls. Ensure strict compliance with the brand’s planogram and product placement guidelines. Conduct regular visits to retail locations to monitor product visibility and stock availability.
BA & Store Coordination:
Oversee Brand Ambassadors to ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) such as daily reporting, sales tracking, grooming standards, and attendance. Collect and analyze daily and weekly reports on sales performance, stock issues, and feedback from Brand Ambassadors to identify opportunities for improvement.
Promotions & Activities:
Execute promotional campaigns, product sampling, and activation events including nail art, makeup trials, and skincare demonstrations. Manage and update visibility materials ahead of each promotion or campaign. Capture photographic evidence with GPS and time stamps to verify and document marketing activities.
Reporting & Market Feedback:
Compile weekly reports based on store visits, covering product visibility, competitor activities, and slow-moving SKUs. Use these insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance retail performance.
Operational Support:
Assist in merchandising and store-level agreement planning and execution. Maintain clear and effective communication with retailers and Brand Ambassadors to ensure smooth operational flow.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in field coordination, merchandising, and in-store display management.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with retailers and Brand Ambassadors.
