Job Description

Tick Industries is looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Graphic Designer who possesses a strong creative vision and practical expertise in both graphic and animation design. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide variety of design projects, including static visuals and animated content, from initial concept through to final delivery. This role demands a commitment to maintaining brand consistency while producing visually engaging materials that captivate and inspire target audiences. The position is full-time and based on-site, offering a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead graphic design projects from concept development to final execution, ensuring top-quality results.
- Create original designs such as illustrations, infographics, and layouts customized for different platforms.
- Develop animated content for digital channels including social media, websites, and advertising campaigns.
- Produce motion graphics, explainer videos, GIFs, and short-form animations to support marketing efforts.
- Ensure visual consistency and uphold brand identity across all graphic and animation deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest design and animation trends, software, and tools to continually improve output quality.
- Utilize Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to refine and enhance visual elements.
- Apply advanced typography and layout techniques to strengthen storytelling and audience engagement.
- Proofread and supervise all design and animation content before final delivery.
- Photograph new products and perform final edits to ensure a polished presentation.
- Develop and pitch innovative creative concepts, including branding and campaign ideas.
- Update and enforce visual and animation style guides to maintain brand standards.
- Design marketing collateral such as brochures, logos, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Deliver innovative, practical, and cost-effective design solutions aligned with business objectives.

Required Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and motion graphics projects.
- Proven experience in a senior-level design role with a history of delivering impactful creative work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
- Hands-on experience with 2D animation and motion graphics production.
- Creative mindset with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for effective teamwork.
