Crown Group is looking for - 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
-Supervise and manage office administrative functions, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and documentation.
-Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for management.
Manage office budgets, track expenses, and process invoices.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal requirements.
-Collaborate with other departments to streamline administrative processes and improve overall office performance.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 :
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
-3-5 years of experience in an administrative role, with at least 1-2 years in a --supervisory or management capacity.
-Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
-Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
-Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
