Vendor Management Executive

Dubizzle Labs is hiring a Vendor Management Executive for one of its sister concerns in Karachi. This role will focus on expanding the seller network, ensuring a seamless onboarding process, and managing vendor relationships within the Karachi market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, acquire, and onboard new vendors/sellers to the Delivery platform.
Manage the end-to-end vendor onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure engagement and retention.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the onboarding process and resolve vendor-related issues.
Monitor vendor performance and provide necessary support to enhance their experience.
Assist in developing strategies to expand and optimize the seller network.

Key Requirements

Candidates must be based in Karachi
Prior experience in vendor onboarding, account management, or marketplace operations (preferably in e-commerce or logistics).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain vendor relationships.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and marketplace management platforms is a plus.
