Cosmo Pharma Pvt Ltd is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dispensing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical or nutraceutical dispensing department, with strong knowledge of ERP systems and inventory management.

🧪 Key Responsibilities:
Dispense raw materials accurately as per approved batch manufacturing records (BMR).
Maintain strict compliance with GMP and internal SOPs.
Operate ERP software for issuing materials and maintaining digital records.
Manage raw material inventory with FEFO/FIFO practices.
Collaborate with Production, QA, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Ensure cleanliness and compliance in the dispensing area.
Label and identify all materials properly to avoid cross-contamination.

✅ Requirements:
Pharm-D, BSc in Chemical, or a relevant qualification.
2–3 years of experience in a dispensing role in the pharma or nutraceutical industry.
Proficient in ERP software and Microsoft Office.
Strong knowledge of inventory handling and raw material management.
Good communication skills and attention to detail.
