Job Title: Senior Executive – Daily Audit (Night Shift)

Shift Timing: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Salary Budget: Up to PKR 90,000 (Based on experience)

Job Summary

BTCM – Brake Time Corner Market is looking for a Senior Executive – Daily Audit to oversee financial reconciliations, daily audit activities, and bookkeeping functions. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, excellent command over Excel, and hands-on experience in bank reconciliation and financial record management.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily sales and cash audit across retail outlets
• Reconcile POS sales with cash, card, and online transactions
• Conduct daily bank reconciliation and highlight discrepancies
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial logs
• Review store-wise revenue, expenses, and variances
• Prepare daily audit reports and share with management
• Identify irregularities and escalate audit findings
• Coordinate with operations and finance teams for issue resolution
• Monitor petty cash and store float balances
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and SOPs
• Maintain audit trackers and reconciliation sheets in Excel

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in Audit / Accounts / Finance
• Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping
• Experience in bank reconciliation and financial auditing
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently in night shift

Preferred Skills

• Experience in retail industry audit
• Knowledge of POS reconciliation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to handle large data sets in Excel
• Experience with ERP/accounting software (preferred)
