Fun-Stay helps students and travellers find verified short-term and long-term accommodations. We manage bookings across hostels, housing partners, and student accommodations, making stays simple, safe, and affordable.
As we grow, we’re looking for motivated students/interns to join our Supply Operations Team and gain real-world experience in supply management, negotiation and onboarding new supply.
Internship Overview
This internship is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to operations, customer support, sales, and basic finance tasks. You’ll work directly with real customers and partners and learn how a fast-growing startup operates.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Supply Acquisition
- Identify and contact potential property partners via email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and property platforms.
- Pitch Fun-Stay’s model and onboard partners into our network.
- Maintain structured records of outreach, responses, and negotiations.
- Help negotiate rates, commissions, and availability with partners.
- Source properties in multiple cities (initially Ireland, Spain, Portugal).
- Supply onboarding targets
Research & Operations
- Research new markets, accommodation trends, pricing, and opportunities.
- Support expansion projects (new cities, new categories, new pricing models).
- Assist with basic data entry, updating inventory sheets, and internal systems.
- Analyse supply gaps and suggest new acquisition strategies.
Skills Needed
- Excellent communication (English required).
- Confident with email outreach + structured follow-ups.
- Basic IT skills: Google Sheets, CRM tools, data research, email platforms.
- Ability to negotiate and build long-term partnerships.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Not required but a plus: experience in hospitality, real estate, sales, or lead generation.
