Timing:9:30 PM-6:30 AM (PKT Time)

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday optional)

JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a reliable and detail- oriented Operations Assistant to support daily operations, Quality assurance (QA), and administrative tasks.

This role requires someone proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple reponsibilities effeciently in a fast-paced remote enviorment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Dispatch and Operations supports:

  • Monitor daily dispatch activities
  • Track delivery statuses and flag and delays/ issues.
  • Maintain daily logs and report problems in real-time.

CRM MANAGEMENT- ZOHO:

  • Manage and organize leads in CRM
  • Add, update or delete leads as instructed
  • Ensure all data is accurate and up to date.

QA & Team Monitoring:

  • Monitor call activity and performance where needed.
  • Report inconsistencies or performance issues.
  • Assist in making team reports.

HIRING AND HR ASSISTANCE:

  • Review incoming applications
  • Schedule interviews with candidates
  • Assist in basic coordination of hiring processes.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Good communication skills - English
  • Must be active and responsible
  • Knowledge of CRM.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Reliable laptop/ PC
  • Stable internet connection
  • Working headset with microphone

IMPORTANT NOTE:

This is a night shift role. so only apply if you're comfortable working during these hours.
