Aisha Steel Mill Limited Karachi, Pakistan is seeking a detail-oriented Executive Dispatch to support real-time logistics coordination and dispatch scheduling. The ideal candidate holds an MBA in Supply Chain Management and possesses 2 to 4 years of relevant experience. This role is responsible for closely monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accuracy in stock records leveraging ERP and SAP systems, and maintaining compliance with company policies and audit standards. The Executive Dispatch plays a key role in managing inbound and outbound material movements, implementing FIFO and FEFO inventory practices, and supervising loading and unloading operations to optimize logistics efficiency. This position requires strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications, with the ability to effectively coordinate with non-management staff. The role does not involve managing a team but demands excellent organizational capabilities to generate detailed inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to safety standards while maintaining precise documentation such as goods received notes, delivery notes, and stock transfer records. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operational flow within the materials management and logistics functions of the company.
Responsibilities
 

  • Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods to support uninterrupted production and delivery processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of stock records within ERP and SAP systems through regular updates and verifications.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and perform periodic physical stock audits to reconcile inventory discrepancies.
  • Manage the inbound and outbound movement of materials, coordinating schedules and dispatches to meet operational timelines.
  • Implement and enforce FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) stock handling practices where applicable to minimize waste and ensure product quality.
  • Supervise loading and unloading activities to maintain operational efficiency and safety compliance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for goods received notes, delivery notes, and internal stock transfers to support traceability and audit readiness.
  • Generate comprehensive inventory reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to provide visibility into stock status and trends.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety standards in all materials handling and logistics activities to protect personnel and assets.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and audit requirements related to inventory management and logistics operations.
  • Collaborate effectively with non-management employees and communicate dispatch schedules and inventory updates clearly.
  • Utilize MS Office tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence related to logistics and inventory management.
