Supply Chain Executive

Job Description

Fulcrum Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the supply chain processes to ensure smooth operations from procurement to inventory control. You will contribute to the effective coordination of supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory management, and indent preparation, to support the organization's operational goals. This position requires a candidate with 1 year of relevant experience and a foundational understanding of supply chain management principles. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently without managing a team.
Responsibilities
 

• Coordinate procurement activities by preparing and processing purchase indents to meet organizational demands in a timely manner.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize excess or obsolete inventory.
• Maintain accurate records of supply chain transactions and update inventory databases regularly.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendor partners to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any procurement-related issues.
• Support the implementation and improvement of supply chain processes, aiming to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Track shipments and deliveries to ensure they meet schedule expectations and report any delays or discrepancies.
• Assist in forecasting demand and planning inventory requirements based on consumption trends and business needs.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments to align supply chain activities with production and sales schedules.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices related to procurement and inventory management.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics, including inventory turnover and procurement timelines, to support management decision-making.
