Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and manage documentation.
  • Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions to ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and professional communication.
  • Handle operations related to user management, stock traceability, licensing, invoicing, and credit cancellation cases.
  • Manage and resolve issues related to credit claims and other customer concerns.
  • Conduct system usability training sessions for internal stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree with approximately 2 years of experience in an operations coordinator role.
  • Proven ability to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Location: SMCHS, Karachi.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
