Barista

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to join our fine dining restaurant team in Islamabad. The successful candidate will have a genuine enthusiasm for crafting high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service. This role plays a vital part in creating memorable guest experiences by preparing expertly crafted drinks and delivering friendly, attentive service in a refined dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a diverse range of coffee and tea beverages, including espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, and specialty drinks, ensuring a consistently high standard of quality. Operate and maintain coffee equipment, keeping all machines clean and fully functional. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and service area, ensuring it is well-stocked at all times. Stay updated on current coffee and beverage trends and contribute ideas for new menu items. Assist with inventory management, including coffee beans, supplies, and related products. Provide warm and welcoming service by answering guest inquiries and offering personalized recommendations to enhance their overall experience.

Required Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of experience working as a Barista is essential. Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, drink customization, and flavor profiles is required. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude are necessary to thrive in this role. The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively is important. Above all, a genuine passion for coffee and beverage preparation is expected.
